3. Product Inquiries, Pricing & Orders
3.1 Product Listings & Pricing

Prices are not displayed on our website and are provided upon inquiry based on order specifications, quantity, and customization requirements.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order or a binding agreement.
3.2 Quotation & Order Confirmation
After receiving an inquiry, we will provide a detailed quotation, including pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and estimated delivery timeline.
Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on the terms and full or agreed-upon advance payment is received.
We reserve the right to decline an order request at our discretion.
3.3 Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as they enter production or fulfillment processing.

4. Third-Party Manufacturing (Private Labeling)
4.1 Custom Manufacturing & Branding
We offer third-party manufacturing services, allowing businesses to customize our products with their branding and packaging.
The quality and formulation of the product remain the same, while branding and labeling are customized as per client specifications.
4.2 Order Requirements & Processing
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply to private-label manufacturing and are disclosed upon inquiry.
All orders require advance payment before manufacturing begins.
Lead times vary depending on the product and order size. Customers will receive an estimated delivery timeline before finalizing their order.
4.3 Ownership & Liability
Once the product is labeled under the client’s brand name, the client assumes full responsibility for all marketing, regulatory compliance, and product claims.
Scorp Healthcare Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any legal, regulatory, or marketing-related disputes arising from a client’s use of private-label products.
Clients must ensure their branding and product descriptions comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their target market.
4.4 Returns & Cancellations
Private-label orders are non-refundable due to customization.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment; after that, orders are final.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation and payment.
Standard delivery time is within 7 business days using reputed courier partners.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.

6. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in USD or GBP via secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, bank transfer, or other approved methods).
Full or agreed-upon advance payment is required before processing any order.
Once the payment is made, the order will be processed as per the agreed timeline.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Scorp Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
Unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Clients who purchase private-label manufacturing services own the rights to their branding and packaging but not the product formula/design.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We do not guarantee that our products will meet specific health or wellness outcomes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.
