1. Order Cancellation Policy
Retail Orders:
Customers can cancel their retail order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Private Label (Third-Party Manufacturing) Orders:
Private-label orders are custom-made and cannot be canceled once production has started.
Customers can cancel within 24 hours of making payment for a full refund. After this period, orders are non-refundable.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Retail Orders:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must provide photo/video evidence of the damaged or defective product.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Returns Not Accepted For:

Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Private Label (Third-Party Manufacturing) Orders:
Since private-label products are custom-made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We ensure strict quality checks, but if a product arrives damaged, we will work with the client to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days via reputed courier partners.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
