Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
If there are any issues with an order (e.g., out-of-stock products, incorrect details), we will contact the customer promptly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped using reputed courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time: within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
International Orders:
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.

3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to restricted or embargoed countries as per international shipping regulations.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may attempt redelivery.
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Order Modifications
