Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Opened or used personal care and hygiene products (e.g., massage guns, yoga mats) may not be eligible for returns.

Digital products, downloadable items, and customized orders are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
